Yoga is a scientific system that is over 5000 years old. Its practice purifies the body and mind providing mastery over the senses so that we may develop our emotions and intellect to a level at which we function healthfully and in perfect harmony. Instruction includes practical postures, simple breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. These practices have been used by millions of people over thousands of years to break through limitations, gain self-mastery and confidence, and to experience the deep sense of Peace that is our True Nature. No experience is necessary. Sessions occur one-on-one or group/family sessions can be arranged.
