Paula Vest-Woodfolk has a heart for helping people and has served the families of this community for over 30 years. She specializes in educating and supporting parents as they provide a healthy environment for their children in very challenging situations. Paula has an exceptional gift to assess parents’ skills and build on their strengths while addressing their challenges without criticism or judgment. Paula teaches and facilitates parenting classes and workshops focusing on effective communication, setting and maintaining boundaries, and understanding our children. She is a Family Mediator and an approved instructor of the VA Supreme Court’s co-parenting classes and seminars.
