Personal growth is about progress, not perfection. Brittany Clark is passionate about helping others live healthy and happy lives. Brittany received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services & Counseling from Old Dominion University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Brittany works from a Structural Family Therapy model with influences from theories like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, strength-based, and trauma-focused therapies. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Her experiences allow him to work clinically with various clients dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management, PTSD (and related traumas), autism spectrum disorder, grief, and many other mental health conditions and diagnoses.
